1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
1 pkg. (250 g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
1L whipped topping, thawed
1 pint strawberries, sliced OR 1 can cherry pie filling
2 pkg. strawberry or cherry jelly powder
Mix crumbs and butter.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch heart shaped baking pan. Refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Gently fold ½ of whipped topping into cream cheese.
Spread over crust.
Prepare jelly powder as directed on package.
Put in fridge to cool, but not set.
Pour over the cream cheese layer.
Drop in strawberries or spread the cherry pie filling on top.
Refrigerate until jelly is set.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
