Welcome to A Dreamland Magic Hallowe'en

Some of you may be wondering why I put the apostrophe in Hallowe'en....well that's the original spelling of the word. In the beginning, Hallowe'en was called All Hallows Eve....a time that people wore masks to scare off evil. Over time it became known as Hallow Evening, and then was shortened to Hallowe'en. In modern day.....the apostrophe has been removed to become Halloween, such as can be seen in the title graphic above .....but...I'm an old fashioned girl and find it hard to change. Heh heh heh!

If you are looking for something to keep the children busy while preparing to cast your own spells, may I suggest a spooky puzzle or a picture to colour on our Fun and Games page? Just the thing to keep little fingers busy and out of those yummy treats! Heh heh heh....I know you want the chocolate bars for yourself.
